These Terms set out the rules that apply when you contract services from Equilibra LLC, a limited liability company formed in the State of New Mexico, USA. By hiring us, you accept them in full.

1. Scope of Services

Equilibra LLC offers consulting for digital businesses: marketing and funnel strategy, business systems and automation, AI implementation, digital product design, and coordination of events and masterminds. All services are provided remotely to clients worldwide.

2. Fees & Payment

• Payments are collected securely via Stripe.
• All amounts are expressed in US dollars unless we state otherwise in writing.
• Recurring plans renew automatically; you can cancel before the next billing date at any time.
• Fixed-fee projects are payable at engagement start, unless a different schedule is agreed in writing.

3. Intellectual Property

Frameworks, strategies, and deliverables we produce remain the property of Equilibra LLC until payment is complete. Once paid in full, deliverables are licensed to you for use within your business.

4. Confidentiality

Both sides commit to keeping the other’s proprietary and sensitive information confidential. This commitment continues even after the engagement ends.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Business outcomes depend on execution, market conditions, and factors outside our control. Equilibra LLC makes no promise of specific revenue or growth figures. Our total liability under any claim is capped at the fees you paid us during the three months prior to that claim.

6. Your Responsibilities

You agree to give us timely access to the information, accounts, and tools needed to do the work. Delays on your side may push back delivery dates accordingly.

7. Ending the Engagement

Either party can end the engagement with 15 days’ written notice. Work completed up to the termination date remains billable and payable.

8. Applicable Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by New Mexico law. Any dispute will be settled by binding arbitration in Albuquerque, NM, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

9. Modifications

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version, with its date, is always published on this page. Continued use of our services means acceptance of the latest version.
